Proiektua

Proiektua Europako herrialde askok Lanbide Heziketaren sektorean dituzten erronka komun batzuei erantzuteko sortu zen.

  • Alde batetik, Lanbide Heziketa aukera baligarri moduan hartzeko, eta  erakargarritasun handiago izateko gazteentzat eta familientzat,  sortzen da TOVET
  • Bestalde, enpresek gero eta kualifikatuagoa den eta aurkitzen zailagoa den "eskulana" behar dute, eta horrek ekonomiaren moteltzea eragiten du.e
  • Azkenik, gero eta nabarmenagoa da gazteek funtsezko gaitasun sendoak izan behar dituztela etengabe aldatzen ari den munduan egokitu ahal izateko

Proiektuaren helburuak: ·

  • Trebetasunak eta gaitasunak Europako lan-merkatuan ikusgarriagoak eta alderagarriagoak izan daitezen lortzea.
  • Lanbide Heziketaren irudia aktiboki sustatzea, arrakasta-historiak, jardunbide hobeak, berrikuntzak eta tresnak partekatuz eta trebetasunen Europako Astean zabalduz.
  • Jarduerak eta metodologiak berriak dira espero diren emaitzak

Proiektuan parte hartzen duten bazkideen nazioarteko sareak sendotzea

  • Bazkide berriak ezagutzea, ikasleen/langileen etorkizuneko mugikortasuna sustatzeko eta/edo LHn jardunbide arrakastatsu berriak garatzea ahalbidetuko duten proiektu berrietarako.
  • Partzuergoko kideek nazioartekotze-estrategiaren eginkizuna indartu ahal izango dute, eta erakundearen garapen orokorrarekin estuago lotu ahal izango dute.
  • Langileek mugikortasunean eskuratu dituzten trebetasunak eta gaitasunak aitortzen ikasiko dute, bai eta trebetasun eta gaitasun horien onurak jasotzen ere.

Together for Future VETskills

Project

The project tries to answer to some common challenges that many European countries are facing in the vocational training sector.
  1. On the one hand, TOVET was born with the vocation to consider Vocational Training as a valid option for young people and families, and to have a greater attractiveness.
  2. On the other hand, companies require an increasingly skilled workforce, which is difficult to find, and this is causing a slowdown in the economy.
  3. Finally, it is increasingly clear that it is necessary to equip young people with solid key competences in order to adapt in a changing world.
The main addressees are:
  • internal: management, staff and learners
  • external: other VET providers and their networks, on local, regional, national and European level as well as government and other regulatory bodies.

Project's Goals

The objectives of the project are:
  • to make skills and competences more visible and comparable in labour market at European level
  • actively promote the image of VET by sharing success stories, best practices, innovations and disseminating them during the European Skills Week.

Expected results

The expected results are:
  • consolidation of the international networks of the partners participating in the project;
  • knowledge of new partners to foster future student/staff mobility and/or new projects that will allow the development of new successful practices in VET;
  • the members of the consortium will be able to strengthen the role of the internationalization strategy and to link it more closely to the overall development of the organization;
  • they will learn to recognize the skills and competences that staff have acquired during their mobility and to take advantage of them in their organisation.

The partnership is made by a network of training providers from different countries (Finland, Italy and Spain)
